How it works

CCARF was established under the Public Finance Management Act to provide accessible cherry advances to smallholder farmers (land under coffee not exceeding 20 acres). New KPCU PLC administers disbursements on behalf of the National Government.

  • Member of a registered coffee cooperative
  • Valid cooperative membership card

  • Land under coffee not exceeding 20 acres
