Who we are

A State Corporation, reimagined as a modern coffee enterprise.

New KPCU PLC was established as a State Corporation under the State Corporations Act and incorporated as a Public Limited Company on 4 November 2019. The Cabinet Secretary for Co-operatives and MSMEs Development provides sectoral policy direction. We are domiciled in Kenya with branches across the coffee belt.

Our mandate is to provide affordable, sustainable services along the Kenyan coffee value chain — milling, warehousing, marketing, finance and agronomy — so smallholder farmers, cooperatives and estates can earn more from every cherry they grow.
